TREATMENT OF A PATIENT WITH GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING.

Working in the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Odessa region, where I was engaged in private practice, the case brought me with the patient, about thirty-five years old. To the reception came a man complaining of abdominal pain, general weakness, nausea and vomiting with a bit of red blood. At the survey, I found that the patient noted the presence of stool of black color. Out of bad habits, he reported smoking and consuming alcohol. He worked as a salesman in the market. This condition arose after the festive days with abundant food and consumption of alcohol.  He had a history of having a small stomach ulcer.

Of the types of psychotherapeutic treatment, I used hypnotherapy, psychoresonance therapy and exposure to passes in the abdomen (bioenergy therapy).

Given the not sharp expression of bleeding and a positive attitude to psychotherapy, treatment was started.

In the process of hypnotherapy, the patient entered the second stage of hypnosis, which was accompanied by general relaxation and pronounced sleepiness. In the process of hypnotic exposure, I conducted a rhythmic whisper in the patient's ear, and in the intervals between these effects, I carried out palm passes over the painful abdominal area.
In general, the patient positively perceived the procedure of therapy and after the session always felt much better - decreased abdominal pain, mood and felt a surge of strength after the session. He did not want to give up smoking at least for the duration of the treatment, but nevertheless,
symptoms of stomach bleeding disappeared, and without treating the patient stopped attending sessions. In total, the patient went through about 15 sessions out of the standard 20.
As often happens, after saying goodbye in English, he left without saying "thank you." Coming to B- Dnestrovsky a few years later, I saw him in the market happy and healthy.
