Usually occurring at the age of 3-5 years, enuresis can drag on until the age of 20. Hereditary enuresis arises from birth. In children, enuresis is usually much more pronounced than that of parents. Neurotic enuresis occurs due to stress (fright). Usually it is preceded by a fairly long period of normal tidiness (from one year or more). Neurotic enuresis is better treatable than congenital. But if it arose from the age of 3-5 years, then it requires no less effort for its cure than innate enuresis. The basis of the occurrence of enuresis is a pathologically deep sleep, as a result of which the child does not feel the signal from the bladder to the nervous system and does not wake up when it is necessary to maintain tidiness. The sign of deep sleep can be considered the absence of dreams or the inability to remember them. The course of enuresis is worsened by comorbidities such as ORZ, influenza, or overwork (all comorbidities lead to deeper sleep). My treatment technique reduces sleep depth and restores normal reflex communication between the bladder and the nervous system. Psychological exposure leads the patient to a hypnotic state or a state close to it. The confessions carried out in these conditions not only restore the function of tidiness, but also make the child resistant to stress, and also has a general health and strengthening effect on the whole body.
The usual course of enuresis treatment consists of 20 sessions, in most cases this amount is enough for recovery. Sometimes there are cases of very severe enuresis, then there is a need for repeated treatment 2-3 months after the first course.
